This is a compact reactive hot melt applicator that achieves simple and easy operability at a low cost. The discharge volume can be adjusted using a variable gear pump. 【Features】 - The gear pump is equipped with a maximum pumping capacity of 5 kg/hour and a pressure relief valve to smoothly deliver the resin. The adjustment of the relief valve can be easily done from outside the device. ○ Temperature control is possible from 40°C to 200°C (±0.5%). ○ Tank with a sealed lid The high airtight sealed lid maintains a moisture-free state. ○ External electrical input The B4 gear pump allows for external electrical input for the pump and motor from the main unit, in addition to a motor start/stop switch. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
